Strong steel frame with tough welded toeplate.  Solid rubber tyred, plated wheels with roller bearing steel hubs and a loop handle plus a single handle for convenience and much easier climbing of kerbs and steps etc.  It's easier to pull a loop handle than two straight handles over obstructions.
